Jaebin is the co-founder and CEO of New Vessel where he leads the overall operation. Prior to co-founding New Vessel, Jaebin worked in the merger and acquisition (M&A) field as a financial analyst in global investment firms and as a M&A lawyer in an international law firm. With his extensive experience in M&A, Jaebin helps sellers experience a smooth and fast exit process. Jaebin holds a BA in Economics from Korea University, a JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
